ITGS is Information technology in a global society while IT is just Information technology. The difference between the two are that IT is concentrating mainly on the technology while ITGS is about how technology effects and works people worldwide, this includes businesses and health/medicine.

The global society includes everyone around the world, hence global meaning around the world/worldwide.

In my opinion i believe that ICT brings the world together on one common platform, a computer. The reason why i think this is because people can contact each other from across the world through video chat, text chat or even voice chat. Another reason why i think it brings the world together is because people actually make relationships through online, people that you would probably never meet in your life if you didn't have the internet you meet on a daily basis through the computer.

ICT automation does give a rise to unemployment but at the same time it opens up new job opportunity for people who have to look after the technology and maintain it. so i balances out in a way. Although it slightly increases unemployment over all since more jobs are lost than gained, business efficiency is increased.

Cyber mobbing i similar to cyber bulling just taken to a larger extent, usually it is a gang or a group of people bullying one person or sometimes a group or people.

A digital citizen is a person that is using IT to engage in politics, society and government quite often.
